By August 11, 2025Conduit

Patterson & Dewar Engineers, Inc. is proud to announce that it has been recognized as one of USA Today’s Top Workplaces for 2025, marking the sixth consecutive year of receiving this honor. This award celebrates organizations with 150 or more employees that have established outstanding, people-first cultures. Winners are acknowledged for their dedication to creating a workplace environment that prioritizes employee feedback and engagement.

The winners are determined based on genuine employee feedback gathered through a confidential survey conducted by Energage, the HR research and technology company that has been behind the Top Workplaces program since 2006. The results are calculated using employee responses to statements regarding Workplace Experience Themes, which are recognized indicators of high performance. P&D is an employee-owned company.

Mike Bryan, President and CEO, states, “Winning this award highlights our supportive culture at P&D. We focus on empowering employees and practicing servant leadership, as their success is key to our long-term success.”

With a history spanning 18 years, the Top Workplaces program has surveyed over 27 million employees, spotlighting culture excellence across more than 70,000 organizations.

“Earning a USA TODAY Top Workplaces award is a testament to an organization’s credibility and commitment to a people-first culture,” said Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage. “This award, driven by real employee feedback, is more than just a recognition — it’s proof that your employees believe in the organization and its leadership. It signals a company that values its people, and that kind of culture resonates in today’s competitive market.”

The national recognition celebrates organizations with 150 or more employees that have cultivated exceptional workplace environments. Of the more than 42,000 invited organizations, Patterson & Dewar Engineers secured the award based solely on an employee engagement survey administered by Energage, the HR technology and research firm behind the Top Workplaces program. Survey results were evaluated by comparing responses to research-based statements that predict high performance against industry benchmarks.
